Reiki healing is a non-invasive healing that can be received in person, sitting in a chair, lying down or received from distance. The word Reiki is a Japanese word that is (pronounced ‘ray-key’) is an ancient Healing Method that was founded in Japan over 21 days of meditation through Usui Shiki Ryoho. ‘Rei’, means ‘universal/God’, and ‘ki’ means life force/energy. Reiki healing is completed by the placement of hands at specific energy points and organ locations (with permission) onto the body or can be done by hovering hands slightly above the body. The healing of Reiki can be felt as a warm sensation or tingling in the body, some clients experience a feeling of calmness, relaxation and may fall asleep for deep healing time.
I have been attuned to 8 Usui Shiki Ryoho lineages.
Each lineage has a slightly different feel to it, however all lineages are connected to the gift of Reiki.
